Returns

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your FunkyNiceThings items please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or a refund providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original undamaged packaging.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We are unable to exchange or refund personalized items such as ear rings etc unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

• Complete the returns form (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange
• Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:
